What Is BioSync ?

Biosync is a unique hands on Bodywork, modality, which is performed fully clothed and with the support of Biosync equipment.  This equipment helps to support the body for maximum soft tissue release and maximum comfort for the client. Biosync is for those individuals who seek permanent change from chronic neuromuscular tension and skeletal deviations caused by chronic joint compression . Biosync is suitable for post surgical/ or injury rehabilitation. BioSync also greatly enhances athletic performance and promotes optimal health.

How Does It Work ?

Through penetration, lengthening and unwinding of the muscles fibers, Biosync releases the soft tissue ( muscle, fascia, ligaments, and tendons ) at a deep level allowing trauma recordings in the tissue to become unlocked and permanently erased. Excessive collagen cross-linking is eliminated so that connective tissue can return to its natural pliable state. In addition chronic skeletal devaition are likely to return proper alignment.

What Can I Expect ?

Each person’s experience is different and is enhanced by the client’s passionate desire for transformational change.  Most clients notice an immediate postural change, increase range of motion and a significant decrease or elimination of pain.  Most often clients report an increase in overall energy, however it is not unusual to feel low grade fatigue as the body adjusts to the deep physiological changes and releases.

How Many Sessions Do I Need ?

When one has had ongoing chronic neuromuscular pains ( caused by shorten and thickness of connective tissues ), it is normal for the unwinding process to require time and patience to the quicker healing response from a recent injury or trauma.  Expect to feel changes after the first session, however, the more the client is able and willing to commit to their healing process,  the more profound the health changes will be. It is ideal to commit oneself to (10) 2-hour sessions to see comprehensive results.

How To Adjust To My New Body ?

These injury rehabilitation corrective exercises are designed specifically for your individual body and imbalances.  Here you will learn a variety of exercises to strengthen and support the core muscles as well as learning how to permanently correct and prevent any future stress patterns.  These sessions are designed to provided the client with self-care tools to further enhance one’s empowerment and understanding of how to work with the body’s natural ability to heal.
